If you're writing about an app, including these details helps us solve it faster:
- The app's name and version (found in Settings or the App Store)
- Your device model and iOS version
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot, if you have one
Refunds & subscriptions
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund or manage a subscription, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
